What is your Return Policy?

We do Not offer exchanges or returns due to sanitary reasons. When placing an order, please be sure to select the correct Size, color, and Double-check your full shipping address, including apartment or unit numbers if applicable.

All sales are Final unless your order arrives damaged (holes, rips, etc.). You have 3 business days from the date your order is delivered to contact us regarding any issues.

After 3 days have passed, we will no longer be able to accommodate any claims or concerns regarding your item.

We offer two USPS shipping options at checkout:

    •    USPS Ground Advantage:
Processed in 2–3 business days
Ships in 3–5 business days
(Estimated total: 5–8 business days)

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive tracking info by email or text once your order ships.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
It Girl Palace is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong or incomplete address entered by the customer.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or missing address (such as no apartment or unit number), you will be required to purchase a new shipping label in order for the item to be re-shipped.

We do not offer free reshipments.
